After reading numerous Blogs, and the comments left by many Browns fans about the Browns drafting Phil Taylor...I noticed that many fans are "set back" by this move....because many have never heard of Taylor. Waiting until the end of the draft to voice my opinion on the players selected, I do however like this pick.
