Cleveland Browns vs. Pittsburgh Steelers: Joes' Prediction

By Joe Hunley--Cleveland Browns Report

In what will be the final game of the season for the Cleveland Browns, they will have the opportunity to play spoiler of the AFC North.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are coming to the lake-shore in Cleveland in search of the AFC North Division Title, and given the play of the Browns lately, they'll walk away with it.

The Steelers are well aware of how effectively Cincy and Baltimore put the stop to Peyton Hillis--expect the same to happen this Sunday.

The Steelers will eliminate the Browns running game, due to lingering injuries to Hillis, and the lack of desire of Browns coaches to use Mike Bell or anyone --remember the Bengals game? Note: Mike Bell was effective during a couple quarters against Baltimore, but once again Browns coaches abandon the run (see Bengals)

This will put the burden on Colt McCoy--coming off a miserable showing against Baltimore (which I still question how well healed his ankle truly is), and given the weapons at his disposal--via the air--the Steelers must be all but "giddy".

When one brings into play the coaching over the last few games--a preference for field goals, and the --shall we say--poor clock management--that brings it too, three strikes and your out. Expect, once again, for Mangini and Co. to play "Close to the Vest" football against a team that you must strike hard and often.

Pittsburgh is a very physical team that will be play as though they have everything to win--Cleveland on the other hand will be--well--just playing. A reflection of Coaching!

Steelers 24
Browns   13
